UFC 288 weigh-in results: Sterling, Cejudo cleared for title fight

Aljamain Sterling and Henry Cejudo made weight Friday ahead of their bantamweight title bout scheduled for the UFC 288 main event Saturday in Newark, New Jersey.

Sterling, the reigning champion, weighed in at 134 pounds, and Cejudo, the former champ, hit 135 pounds.

Belal Muhammad and Gilbert Burns were also on the mark ahead of their welterweight bout in the co-main event. Muhammad came in at 170 pounds, and Burns tipped the scale at 171 pounds.

A flyweight tilt between Rafael Estevam and Zhalgas Zhumagulov was canceled after Estevam had complications with his weight cut. Zhumagulov made weight at 125.5 pounds.
