Dan Hooker has withdrawn from his fight against Bobby Green in the co-main event at UFC Austin on Dec. 2 after breaking his arm, he told "Submission Radio" on Tuesday.

The promotion is looking for a replacement opponent on short notice, according to MMA Junkie's Nolan King and Danny Segura.

Hooker said he re-injured his arm during a sparring session Monday after suffering a break in his most recent win against Jalin Turner at UFC 290 in July. He needs to undergo surgery again and hopes to return at UFC 300 in April, he added.

Hooker was on a two-fight win streak leading up to the scheduled fight. He defeated Claudio Puelles in November and then earned a thrilling decision over Turner.

Green, the No. 12-ranked lightweight, is also riding a two-fight win streak, with his most recent victory coming over Grant Dawson in October.

Beneil Dariush versus Arman Tsarukyan is the main event, with Rob Font versus Deiveson Figueiredo and Sean Brady versus Kelvin Gastelum also on the card.
