UFC 297 weigh-in results: Strickland, Du Plessis cleared for title fight

UFC middleweight champion Sean Strickland and challenger Dricus Du Plessis made weight Friday before they meet in the UFC 297 main event Saturday in Toronto.
Strickland, set to defend his title for the first time, weighed in at 184.75 pounds. Du Plessis came in at 184 pounds.
Raquel Pennington and Mayra Bueno Silva were also on the mark for their vacant women's bantamweight title fight in the co-main event. Pennington tipped the scale at 134.8 pounds, and Bueno Silva hit 135 pounds.
