Rampage Jackson: 'I never want to be in the UFC Hall of Fame'
Current Bellator light heavyweight Quinton "Rampage" Jackson didn't leave the UFC on the best terms. And although his UFC resume includes wins over MMA legends like Chuck Liddell, Dan Henderson and Lyoto Machida, don't expect Rampage to be added to the UFC Hall of Fame any time soon.
"I never want to be in the UFC Hall of Fame. I don't give a f*** about the UFC or their name," Jackson told Fight Hub. "What the f*** [is] being in the UFC Hall of Fame going to do for me and my kids' college tuition? What is it going to do? Do you get a pension for being in the UFC Hall of Fame every year?"
Jackson went on to say he didn't care about that kind of accolade, only wanting to be remembered by fans "as someone that always brought it."
"I don't do this for the recognition, to be in some hall of fame and to be famous," said Jackson. "I don't fight to be famous, I fight to pay my bills."
