UFC legend Randy Couture to compete on Dancing With the Stars
United States Army Sergeant. Three-time All-American. Two weight class UFC champion. UFC Hall of Famer. Member of The Expendables.
And now ... dancer.
Mixed martial arts legend Randy Couture is set to join the next season of Dancing With the Stars, competing against U.S. Olympian Lolo Jones, Carlton from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air (Alfonso Ribeiro), the dude from Mean Girls, Chong from Cheech & Chong, Sadie Robertson from Duck Dynasty, and more.
It's a different turn for Couture, who seems to be enjoying an array of post-retirement activities. But don't rule out the 51-year-old wrestling specialist in the dance-off. You can't judge a book by its cover, and other athletes - like Hines Ward and Emmitt Smith - have won the competition in the past.
This fall's season will be the 19th installment of the show, and it's set to begin on Sept. 15.
