UFC 178: Romero saved by the bell, comes back to TKO Kennedy
At 37 years old, Yoel Romero is quickly establishing himself as a contender in the deep waters of the UFC's middleweight division.
Romero, after being saved by the bell at the end of Round 2, landed a wonderful two-piece combination to drop Tim Kennedy in the opening moments of the final stanza, and continued to bludgeon the military vet until referee Big John McCarthy mercifully stepped in to stop the violent onslaught.
Kennedy floored Romero with a pair of clubbing uppercuts late in the second round, but the clock clicked down before he could get the finish. Romero's corner ridiculously stalled between rounds, leaving their fighter on the stool for far too long, allowing him to shake out the cobwebs and start the final round fresh.
There's a legitimate case that Romero should have lost by TKO

This will not be the last we hear about the stall tactics employed by Romero's corner (and allowed by John McCarthy). Kennedy even made a point of confronting Romero backstage after the fight to complain in person.
