UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo held a press conference at the Nova Uniao gym Thursday where he discussed the rib injury that derailed his fight with Conor McGregor at UFC 189, whether or not he watched the event (he didn't), and the new Reebok kits he thinks makes fighters look like Power Rangers.
"No way, I don't care about it," Aldo said, when asked if he thinks the UFC should treat him better. "I care about my people. What they do in America, I couldn't care less. Every time I fight, I represent myself and my country, my fans, and the Brazilian people.
"That's why I never thought about training there. I'm Brazilian, and I don't leave this place for nothing."
