Josh Koscheck: Dana White is the Fertitta brothers' 'little errand b----'

Former UFC welterweight Josh Koscheck exited the promotion battered, bruised, and beaten following a five-fight losing streak, including two submission defeats in 2015, but he was happy to move on.

UFC president Dana White looked to ease Koscheck into retirement, but "Kos" didn't always see eye-to-eye with White, and instead left on his own terms.

The wrestler took a fight against Erick Silva a mere three weeks after losing to Jake Ellenberger, just to meet his contract obligations, then signed with Bellator as a free agent June 26.

The 170-pounder was unsatisfied with the UFC, and wanted to team up with Bellator president Scott Coker the first chance he could.

"I knew that Coker was going to get back in the game at some point, and he was going to make it right for every fighter. I knew that was my plan for quite some time: to get rid of my UFC contract," Koscheck told Jeremy Botter of Bleacher Report.

As he awaits his first fight with the promotion in December, Koscheck isn't holding back his criticism of his former employer. More specifically, the Reebok deal and Dana White's behavior of late.

"If I were to say anything bad about Reebok, the first thing that would happen is I would get a phone call. 'You f-----g piece of s--t, what the f--k are you doing? You’re talking s--t about Reebok. We’re gonna fire you.' OK, fire me then," Koscheck said.

Koscheck also dislikes White's social media behavior.

"How can you respect a guy that runs a company and goes on Twitter rants, who calls people all the names that he calls people? I think it’s childish," he said. "He’s supposed to be the president of a major company, a billion dollar company, and that’s how he acts?"

The 37-year-old praised his new boss for conducting himself in a manner apart from his UFC parallel.

"And you won’t see Scott Coker going on Twitter and telling people they look goofy or fat. Or, ‘we got that many years out of you, thanks for your money.’ Come on. It’s embarrassing. I don’t want to work for a guy like that."

The Buffalo, N.Y., native finished by casting the UFC honcho as nothing more than a subordinate to CEO Lorenzo Fertitta and his brother Frank.

"This is just my opinion, but I think Dana is just the front boy for the Fertittas. He’s their little errand bitch. They’re losing fans every day because of the things he does. I can respect the fact that he works his ass off. But there are other things that I can’t respect."
