Rousey's title defense vs. Holm moved to Nov. 14 in Melbourne

UFC President Dana White announced Friday that undefeated women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey will put her title on the line against Holly Holm at Melbourne's Etihad Stadium on Nov. 14.

The fight was originally expected to take place Jan. 2 in Las Vegas as part of UFC 195.

Holm 9-0 5'8" 70" Southpaw

With a win over Rousey, Holm would become the first female fighter in history to have held both a UFC title and World Boxing Federation championship. The 33-year-old striker accumulated a 33-2-3 record during her pro-boxer career, earning the title of Female Fighter of the Year in both 2005 and 2006.

"She's definitely my biggest challenge to date, so I'm super excited about it," Rousey said of Holm during a recent appearance on "Good Morning America," according to MMA Junkie.

Rousey is coming off her sixth-straight successful title defense at UFC 190, knocking out Bethe Correia in the first round.

The current attendance record for a UFC event is UFC 129 when 55,729 fans packed inside the Rogers Centre to watch Georges St-Pierre defend the Welterweight title against Jake Shields on April 30, 2011.
