Johnson, Dodson make weight ahead of flyweight title clash at UFC 191
Demetrious Johnson and John Dodson made weight Friday in anticipation of their flyweight title rematch at UFC 191 on Saturday night.
One of the finest pound-for-pound fighters on the planet, Johnson defended his 125-pound strap in a nip-tuck affair against Dodson at UFC on FOX 6 back in 2013. The champion survived some early fireworks from the dynamite-fisted Dodson, before cruising in the championship rounds en route to a unanimous decision victory.
Suddenly relevant heavyweights Andrei Arlovski and Frank Mir are squaring off in the co-main event slot, and it's clear not much hate exists between the two former UFC heavyweight champions.
