Dhafir "Dada 5000" Harris has been released from hospital after his Feb. 19 bout with Kimbo Slice left him with severe dehydration and kidney failure, according to a post on his official Facebook page.
Harris is back home in South Florida, according to the post by his associate Jose Rivero.
"He wants all his supporters to know he appreciates them and is nothing without them," the post reads. "He will soon be available to tell his story ..."
Harris is not expected to fight again after his Bellator 149 TKO loss to Slice.
"It's pretty much safe to say Dada will not be getting back into a ring, unless it's to help his friends," his manager, Mike Vazquez, told MMAjunkie.com in February.
