Following a UFC 196 press conference in which Conor McGregor dominated the conversation by repeatedly emasculating Nate Diaz verbally, the current featherweight champ also decided to take a swing at the rugged Diaz.
The punch had no chance of connecting, smacking Diaz's fist instead. Members from each man's teams jumped into the mix immediately, threatening to escalate things before cooler heads prevailed.
McGregor is doing everything he can to pump up the short-notice fight on Saturday, after Raphael dos Anjos pulled out with a broken foot, denying McGregor a shot at the lightweight belt.
