Larson and girlfriend expecting first child

Kyle Larson’s media Q&A at Michigan International Speedway was going pretty standard, until the end, where he nonchalantly dropped that him and girlfriend Katelyn Sweet are expecting their first child sometime this winter.

Larson took to Twitter after, to tweet out this pic:

The 21-year old driver for Chip Ganassi Racing is in his rookie season in NASCAR’s top-tier series where he’s racked up three top-5’s and six top-10’s, and is currently the heavy favorite for the Rookie of the Year honors.

Just two weeks ago, Larson tweeted out a picture of his newly purchased house, much to the playful ridicule of other drivers like Brad Keselowski and Dale Earnhardt Jr.:
