Chase Elliott wins Nationwide Race at Chicago
Chase Elliott won Saturday night's EnjoyIllinois.com 300 Nationwide Series race at Chicagoland Speedway Saturday night.
The race was a night of momentum swings and changing fortunes, but Elliott managed to rise above it all and capture his third victory of the season. He led 85 of the 200 laps and took the lead from Trevor Bayne in the closing laps to secure the win. Elliott jumps back into the championship standings lead by 7 points over Regan Smith.
