Kasey Kahne to become father in the fall
Amber Searls / USA TODAY Sports
Kasey Kahne is set to become the latest NASCAR driver to join the Dad's Club, after Brad Keselowski and Kyle Busch became fathers in May.
Trevor Bayne and Kyle Larson are both slated to join the club as well, as they're expecting their own children later this year.
Kahne's girlfriend, Sam Sheets, is due Oct. 10, and the baby boy will be Kahne's first child, according to Marty Smith from ESPN.
"It's something that's been on my mind for a long time," the 35-year-old Kahne said. "I'm really excited to have this type of life-changing experience, and I can't wait to be the best dad I can possibly be."
Thanks for all the nice comments. I've enjoyed reading through them. You guys are great! Can't wait to be a dad ?
