Joe Gibbs Racing dominates top 5 at Kentucky
Not only did a member of Joe Gibbs Racing take the checkered flag at the Quaker State 400 at Kentucky Speedway on Saturday night, but all four teammates finished in the top five.
Kyle Busch (first), Denny Hamlin (third), Carl Edwards (fourth), and Matt Kenseth (fifth) became the first team to have all drivers finish in the top five since Roush Fenway Racing in August of 2008.
Busch won his second race in three starts after leading a race-high 163 laps. He now sits 35th in the points standings, and even though he has two wins to his name, he's just out of a chase position. If the 30-year-old can get himself in the top 30 before the regular season is over, he'll qualify.
Hamlin, Edwards, and Kenseth are all currently in a spot to make the Chase for the Sprint Cup.
Hamlin finished third in his No. 11 Toyota, the same position in which he finished in the Coke Zero 400 the week before. He has one win and five top fives on the season.
Edwards is the newest member of JGR, joining the clan at the beginning of the 2015 season. He earned just his third top 10 of the season in his No. 19 Toyota, including one win at the Coca-Cola 400.
Kenseth has one win, six top fives, and two poles on the season in his No. 20 Toyota.
Besides winning, that is the most fun I have had at a mile in a half in a long long time. #Jgr

The four drivers will have a chance to repeat their success at the 5-Hour Energy 301 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Sunday.
These guys had a good weekend. Like really good. Like all 4 in the top 5 good.
