VIDEO: Jeff Gordon voices Disney character

Even before Jeff Gordon retires from NASCAR at the end of this season, he's already started expanding his horizons, making a cameo as a Rodeo Clown Announcer in a Disney show.

The 43-year-old will voice the clown announcer in an episode of Disney's "Penn Zero." In the episode, characters compete in a race to determine who will be the next mayor of Chuckle City and calling the race is the clown brought to life by Gordon.

The episode airs Aug. 10 at 8:30 p.m. ET on Disney XD.
