Kyle Larson: Top-5 Talladega Finish
Larson finished fourth in the YellaWood 500 NASCAR Cup Series race at Talladega Superspeedway Sunday afternoon.
Analysis:
Larson bucked his recent Talladega bad luck and turned in a good performance Sunday in the YellaWood 500. The driver of the No. 5 Chevrolet raced inside the Top 10 all afternoon and even avoided the accidents that normally collect the Hendrick Motorsports star. Larson would race in overtime and contend for the win. He would pick the inside lane over those final laps and push Brad Keselowski to the runner-up finish. Larson would collect the strong fourth-place and good playoffs points that went with it.
