Suarez finished sixth in the FireKeepers Casino 400 NASCAR Cup Series race at Michigan International Speedway.
Analysis:
Suarez led in the final stage before he was passed by Denny Hamlin, who led the final 39 laps on his way to the win. Suarez was unable to maintain his track position after losing the lead, but still managed to come away with a sixth-place finish. He now has three Top-10 finishes in the past five races ahead of the series' visit to Pocono, where he has four Top 10s in 14 starts. He was 15th at the track in 2025.
