Carson Hocevar: Runner-up Finish at Charlotte

Hocevar finished second in the NC Education Lottery 200 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway Friday night.

Analysis:

The Niece Motorsports driver continued his recent hot streak with a good performance at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Hocevar would start ninth on the grid and race among the Top 10 most of the evening. He would lead 5 total laps for the race and secure good track position down the stretch. Hocevar couldn't run down John Hunter Nemechek at the end, but would still score the impressive runner-up finish. It was his third-straight Top 10 and fourth Top 10 of the season.
