England reaches Nations League finals with dramatic win over Croatia
England followed up a promising run at the World Cup by reaching the UEFA Nations League finals with a thrilling 2-1 win over Croatia at Wembley Stadium on Sunday.
Harry Kane avenged July's semi-final loss to Croatia by scoring a late winner to help the Three Lions complete a dramatic comeback and finish atop Group A4.

Kane's goal, which ended a seven-match goalless run for the Tottenham forward, also resulted in Croatia falling out of the Nations League's top flight.
The Three Lions will now look ahead to the UEFA Nations League finals in June. England's semi-final opponent will be revealed during an open draw on Dec. 3 in the Republic of Ireland.
