The Cleveland Cavaliers filled their lone open roster spot Wednesday by signing journeyman wing Dahntay Jones for the remainder of the season.

Jones, who hasn't played in the NBA this season, is eligible to be on Cleveland's playoff roster.

The 35-year-old played 33 games last season for the Los Angeles Clippers, averaging 0.6 points on 28.6 percent shooting. For his career, he's averaged 5.4 points and 1.7 rebounds while shooting 43.9 percent from the field and 33 percent from 3-point range. He's split 622 NBA games between seven different teams, across 11 seasons.

Jones spent the year with the D-League's Grand Rapids Drive, putting up 15.7 points per game with .546/.413/.851 shooting splits.
