Celtics' Bradley knocked out of Game 1 loss with hamstring strain

Boston Celtics guard Avery Bradley suffered a hamstring injury during the fourth quarter of Game 1 against the Atlanta Hawks on Saturday and did not return.
The Hawks won the game 102-101 to take a 1-0 series lead.
Bradley pulled up lame while running the court with under seven minutes remaining in the contest. He stayed down on the floor for a few moments and had to be helped to the locker room. The team called it a right hamstring strain.
Bradley was the Celts' leading scorer in the game at the time of his departure, logging 18 points on 50 percent shooting in 33 minutes.
The Celtics had no updates on Bradley's condition after the game, although coach Brad Stevens told reporters the combo guard said he "heard a pop" on the floor.
"He's very, very sore," Stevens added.
