The Houston Rockets desperately needed a victory in Game 3 of their best-of-seven series to keep pace with the defending NBA champion Golden State Warriors on Thursday night. Despite leading for a majority of the contest and going up by as many as 17, it seemed as though Houston was going to lose a heartbreaker on their home floor late in the fourth quarter.

After Ian Clark hit a layup following a stolen inbounds pass on the other end to put the Warriors up 96-95 with 10.6 seconds remaining, the Rockets needed to put points on the board quickly as they had no more timeouts remaining.
Enter James Harden, who knocked down a turnaround jumper with 2.7 seconds left to give Houston the lead and eventual win.
