Vince Carter plans to return for at least one more season

Vince Carter has no plans to retire.
The grizzled veteran reassured reporters that he's not yet finished with the NBA after his Memphis Grizzlies were swept by the San Antonio Spurs.
"I plan on coming back. I feel good. My body feels good," Carter said.
If Carter follows through on his promise, the 39-year-old would join Kobe Bryant as the only guards in NBA history to play 20 seasons. Like Bryant, Carter's game has not aged gracefully. He averaged just 6.2 points per game on 35.8 percent shooting from the field over his last two seasons.
Nevertheless, "Vinsanity" has a guaranteed $4.3 million coming his way for 2016-17 before his contract runs out, so he'll have a spot should he choose to play.
