Russell Westbrook's shoes: 'Why Not?'

In the biggest game of the Oklahoma City Thunder's season, and what may well end up being a watershed moment for a franchise approaching the crossroads, Russell Westbrook laced - er, zipped - up a preposterous pair of shoes. Or boots. Or Galoshes. Honestly, we're not even sure what to call these.

Westbrook, who's always been utterly fearless when it comes to fashion, felt no need to justify his bizarre choice of footwear.
The answer came in the form of a rhetorical question. It's written right there on the side, in bold orange print: "Why not?"
