Barkley bemoans current NBA: 'Worst I've ever seen'
Another day, another retired player complaining about today's game.
Charles Barkley made an appearance Wednesday on the Dan Patrick Show to deliver a take down of the modern game.
"The NBA is watered down," Barkley said. "The NBA is the worst I’ve ever seen it."
Keep in mind Barkley was just on "Inside the NBA" to cover Game 5 between the Oklahoma City Thunder and the San Antonio Spurs - two legitimate title contenders who happen to be warring in the second round.
Barkley's comments follow the tone set by Tracy McGrady, who explained that Stephen Curry being unanimously named MVP was a reflection of the league.
"For him to be the first player to get this unanimously, I think ... it just tells you how watered down our league is," McGrady said.
