Raptors' Casey: 'It's not over with yet'

The Toronto Raptors have been roundly dismissed by the Cleveland Cavaliers through the first two games of the conference finals, but they're not giving up quite yet.
Following a 19-point loss on Thursday, head coach Dwane Casey maintained that his Raptors won't stop fighting until the final bell sounds.
"I don't think our guys have quit. I refuse to believe that," Casey said. "I've been around these guys. We've won 56 games. We've been down before. We've had some rough patches, and they've bounced back."
Up until Game 2, the Raptors had shown tremendous resolve in the postseason, having not lost back-to-back games through the first two rounds. However, that streak was rudely snapped when the Cavaliers steamrolled a lifeless Raptors squad for a second meeting.
The Raptors are the only team in NBA history to lose the first two games of a conference finals by 19 or more points.
Luis Scola, the Raptors' surprise starter in Game 2, summed it up best after enduring another vicious beatdown.
"They've got answers for everything we do," Scola told Ryan Wolstat of the Toronto Sun. "Everything is easy for them right now and for us, it's very hard."
But again, Casey insists that his banged-up squad is willing to keep battling.
"We're not giving up until they put us under, until that final buzzer goes off," Casey said. "If we do (fold), we're in the wrong business. Why are we here? Again, you may be seeing something I don't see. I don't see quit. They beat us two games, OK, but it's not over with yet."
