Klay Thompson breaks NBA record for 3s in a playoff game

With the Golden State Warriors' backs against the wall in Game 6 versus the Oklahoma City Thunder, Klay Thompson came out locked in.

During the contest, Thompson broke the NBA playoff record for 3-pointers in a game with 10. It surpassed the record of nine held by four players: Ray Allen (twice), Jason Terry, Vince Carter, and Rex Chapman.

Thompson finished with 11 treys as the Warriors staved off elimination with a 108-101 win to force a Game 7 on Monday night. The 11 threes also tied his career high. He finished with 41 points on 14-of-30 shooting overall.
