Cavs' Jefferson: 'We the South are going to be OK'
Following in the footsteps of the Indiana Pacers, the Cleveland Cavaliers are also taking their turn spinning the "We The North" mantra held by the Toronto Raptors.
Smarting from their first loss of the postseason, the Cavaliers were calm and relaxed after practice Sunday, and veteran forward Richard Jefferson even offered up a tongue-in-cheek joke.
"We the South are going to be OK. We're going to be just fine," Jefferson told reporters.
In the first round, the Pacers handed out free shirts emblazoned with "We The Gold" on the front. They would eventually fall in seven games, leaving the Raptors with the last laugh.

Nevertheless, the Cavaliers have every reason to feel confident despite a minor speed bump. They took Games 1 and 2 by a combined 50 points before an uncharacteristic 4-of-28 shooting performance from Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love betrayed them Saturday.
But on the other hand, when the Cavaliers have visited "The North" this season, they're winless in three tries.
