If the NBA ever elects to create a Sideline Defensive Player of the Year award, Toronto Raptors head coach Dwane Casey should easily find himself in the conversation.
With the Cleveland Cavaliers trailing by six points during the dying seconds of the fourth quarter of Monday's Game 4, Casey stepped onto the floor and clapped his hands to possibly distract Kyrie Irving from cutting the Raptors' lead in half.
