LeBron James continued to steamroll the Toronto Raptors in the first half of Friday's Game 6, ringing up 21 points while playing all but 37 seconds through two quarters.
After burning DeMarre Carroll with a pump fake, then driving past him for a one-handed throw-down, James seemed to have some choice words for the Raptors' brand ambassador.
