Curry reclaims playoff series 3-point record

Moments after Klay Thompson broke Stephen Curry's record for most made 3-pointers in a playoff series, the reigning MVP came back for his crown.
Thompson nailed his 29th 3-pointer of the Western Conference finals in the third quarter Monday to break Curry's previous mark. Less than two minutes later, Curry responded by knocking down a pair of 3-pointers to give him 30 in the series, reclaiming his record.
Curry, who set the NBA record with 402 made 3-pointers during the regular season, finished the series 32-of-77 (41.5 percent) from beyond the arc, while Thompson went 30-for-73 (41 percent).
