Vince Carter earns Teammate of the Year Award

Memphis Grizzlies forward Vince Carter is the 2015-16 winner of the Twyman-Stokes Teammate of the Year Award, the league announced Wednesday.
Carter was one of 12 nominees selected by a committee that included former NBA players, executives, and members of the NBPA. More than 300 players cast their ballots. Carter earned 65 first-place votes for a total of 1,448 points after finishing second to Tim Duncan last year.
Kevin Garnett (916 points) and Chris Bosh (799 points) rounded out the top three.
