Cleveland Cavaliers shooting guard J.R. Smith is interested in starring in his own scripted reality show and has launched a Kickstarter to raise funds for the project.

With the Cavaliers currently trailing the Golden State Warriors 2-0 in the NBA Finals, the timing of Smith's campaign has drawn some criticism. However, no one was more perturbed by the news than ESPN analyst Stephen A. Smith, who found out about it while filming "First Take" on Tuesday.

"So he's been on the floor for 69 minutes, he's only attempted nine shots, has only made three as the starting shooting guard and we're talking about him having a reality TV show?" Smith asked.
