Warriors' Andrew Bogut: Not expected to play Thursday
Bogut (knee) is traveling with the Warriors to Cleveland, but isn't expected to play in Thursday's Game 6 against the Cavaliers, the Rusty Simmons of The San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Analysis:
Bogut underwent an MRI on Tuesday morning to assess the extent of his sprained left knee, but the team isn't expected to provide an official update on the big man's status for the remainder of the postseason until Wednesday. He played just eight minutes in Monday's Game 5 loss before departing in the third quarter with the injury. If Bogut is indeed ruled out Thursday, the Warriors would likely look to Festus Ezeli and Anderson Varejao to absorb some of his minutes, and Draymond Green's return from a one-game suspension should also aid the team's depth down low.
