The Dallas Mavericks are expected to meet with free-agent swingman Nicolas Batum, ESPN's Tim MacMahon reports.
Coincidentally, Batum shared a picture of a plane ticket tipping off his trip to Dallas.

Batum is expected to re-sign with the Charlotte Hornets - especially if he gets a fifth-year on his contract that only Charlotte could offer - but nevertheless the Mavericks could have a glaring need on the perimeter if Chandler Parsons doesn't re-sign.
The 27-year-old French playmaker averaged 14.9 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 5.9 assists last season while shooting 34.8 percent from deep. He profiles as a point forward with strong defensive capabilities.
