Nowitzki gets mistaken for Stoke City's Peter Crouch
Jerome Miron / USA TODAY Sports
One sports fan can't seem to distinguish between perhaps the greatest European player in NBA history and everyone's favorite robot-dancing striker from Stoke City.
Dirk Nowitzki of the Dallas Mavericks was recently mistaken for English footballer Peter Crouch, taking to Twitter to ask his followers whether that should be considered a "dizz" or not.
A guy comes up to me and goes: are you Peter Crouch? Is that a compliment or a dizz?

Crouch himself feels the 13-time All-Star should be flattered by the comparison.
A strong compliment my friend . 😉 https://t.co/BjCHrBdAZw

The resemblance is uncanny, no?
