LeBron hosts intense early-morning workout

LeBron James is getting ready to defend his NBA title.

The Cleveland Cavaliers superstar recently shared videos from one of his early-morning offseason workouts, where he was joined by friends, including J.R. Smith.

Earlier this month, James told SI's Lee Jenkins that not long after Kevin Durant signed with the Golden State Warriors, he began waking up at 5 a.m. so he could train at 6 a.m.

That is one motivated man.
