Lou Williams exposes Ingram's practice for ceremonial pitch
Brandon Ingram threw out the ceremonial first pitch at Wednesday's game between the Los Angeles Dodgers and San Francisco Giants, and pretty much nailed it.
What they don't tell you is how hard he practiced for it. Thank goodness for Lou Williams, who didn't hesitate to blow his rookie teammate's cover after the fact:
I'm not gonna tell anybody how long @B_Ingram13 practiced his pitching today in the gym ๐๐ญ๐๐ญ he know I ain't lying lol

Ingram tried to play it off like he wasn't that embarrassed:

Williams' announcement was so savage that another Lakers teammate had to intervene:
@TeamLou23 @B_Ingram13 ๐๐๐ why yu do him like that big bro ?!

Bruh, they created a strike zone and everything ๐๐ญ https://t.co/VeDZwkQJAg

This photo suggests Williams isn't lying:

If Ingram takes his basketball game even half as seriously as he took throwing the first pitch, Los Angeles ought to be pretty excited about his future.
