Bosh pens heartfelt thank-you note to Heat fans
Chris Bosh is the final member of the Miami Heat's Big Three to bid farewell to the franchise.
Despite his desire to continue playing, concerns over blot clot issues have spelled the end of his career in South Beach.
Bosh published a heartfelt letter Friday thanking fans for their support over the past six years, which included back-to-back title wins in 2012 and 2013.
"I remember the fans of Miami coming out to see the show every night," the 11-time All-Star wrote in his blog.
"The love, the compassion, and the energy we felt was second to none. I want to thank the city of Miami from the bottom of my heart because things may change but the good times will last forever in my memories. Thank you!"
He also expressed gratitude for those who've backed him on social media.
"I want to thank not only the fans of Miami but everyone around the world who has supported our team and who has supported me through this time. ... Thank you so much. I couldn't make it without your support," the 32-year-old added.

Bosh averaged 19.1 points, 7.4 rebounds, and 2.4 assists while shooting 46.7 percent from the field and 36.5 percent from long range last season. Like the previous year, however, his 2015-16 campaign ended prematurely due to his medical condition.
