Celtics' Terry Rozier: Departs with bloody lip

Rozier sustained a cut to his lip in Saturday's preseason game against the Hornets and won't return, Scott Souza of the Providence Journal reports.

Analysis:

Rozier took a hit to the face while taking a charge and immediately returned to the locker room to receive stitches. The Celtics will hold the second-year point guard out for the remainder of the game, but unless he's diagnosed with concussion symptoms as a result of the hit, he seems like a safe bet to play in the team's next exhibition Wednesday against the Nets.
