Booker (ankle) won't play in Friday's preseason game against the Mavericks, Paul Coro of The Arizona Republic reports.
Analysis:
Booker missed practice Thursday and is likely being held out Friday as a precaution, as the young star has already proven this preseason that he is in line to make a big jump production-wise as the Suns' starting shooting guard. With Booker sidelined, Archie Goodwin should get an uptick in minutes, with rookie point guard Tyler Ulis also potentially seeing more time off the bench.
