Watch: Sixers fan thrown out for flipping Westbrook the double bird

Supporters of the Philadelphia 76ers have endured a lot over the past three years, so you can understand if they're a little more emotional than the average NBA community.

That said, this particular Sixers fan clearly took things too far in the team's hope opener Wednesday night. He made his displeasure for Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Russell Westbrook very plain after Westbrook went coast-to-coast and finished an acrobatic layup.

Westbrook looked more mystified than hurt.

The fan was subsequently escorted out of the arena.
