The NBA world has finally seen the end of bumbling ex-Clippers owner and documented racist Donald Sterling.

The deposed owner of the Los Angeles franchise reached an agreement to settle his lawsuit against the NBA on Friday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"Donald is pleased with the outcome and is looking forward to focusing on future endeavors," Sterling's lawyer wrote to Nathan Fenno of the Los Angeles Times.

Sterling's lawsuit alleged that the NBA engaged in a conspiracy that forced him to sell the club. That motion was dismissed by a federal judge in March, and while Sterling wanted to appeal that decision, his firm missed a deadline to file an opening brief in October.

Current owner Steve Ballmer purchased the Clippers for $2 billion after an audiotape emerged in 2014 of Sterling making overtly racist remarks. The NBA subsequently banned Sterling for life.
