Lou Williams had plenty of chances to close out the game for the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday and he couldn't get it done, so Nick Young took matters into his own hands.
Young swiped a pass intended for his teammate before drilling the game-winning triple in their nail-biting victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder.
"I stole the ball from Lou ... I just felt like I wanted to take the shot," an elated Young explained. "But it feels good. We worked hard tonight to get this one.
He added, "The play was designed to go back to Lou ... I was just running around, got caught in the crossfire, took the ball from Lou in the air and I just shot it."
