76ers' Jerryd Bayless: Won't be limited Wednesday
Bayless won't face a minutes restriction Wednesday against the Grizzlies, Derek Bodner of Philadelphia Magazine reports.
Analysis:
Bayless made his season debut in Monday's win over the Heat and was held to 15 minutes, but he emerged from the contest without any further setbacks to his sore left wrist and looks like he won't face any limitations going forward. While it's generally expected that he'll end up seeing most of his playing time at point guard and eventually challenge Sergio Rodriguez for starting duties, Bayless could end up working primarily off the ball Wednesday, as usual starting shooting guard Gerald Henderson (illness) is unlikely to play. Even if Bayless doesn't serve as Henderson's direct replacement in the starting five, he'll absorb some of his playing time.
