Celtics' Amir Johnson: Held scoreless in Friday's loss
Johnson was held without a point (0-5 FG, 0-1 3Pt) and collected two rebounds, one block and one steal across 17 minutes in Friday's 109-103 loss to the Spurs.
Analysis:
The Celtics are now at full health in the frontcourt with Kelly Olynyk returning from a shoulder injury and Al Horford returning from a concussion earlier this month, but Johnson hasn't been forced out of his starting role at power forward. However, the team's ample frontcourt depth has resulted in a downturn in minutes for Johnson, who hasn't helped his case by being supremely unproductive during his limited time on the floor. He's tallied a combined six points over his past four games while shooting 3-of-14 from the floor during that span. If Johnson continues to languish, Olynyk could take his spot in the lineup alongside Horford.
