Grizzlies' Mike Conley: Leaves Monday's game with back injury
Conley suffered a lower-back injury during the third quarter of Monday's game against the Hornets and won't return, Ronald Tillery of The Memphis Commercial Appeal reports.
Analysis:
The severity of the injury remains unclear at this point, but Conley was in noticeable pain before walking off the floor. He'll likely undergo tests following the game, which should provide a better indication of whether or not he'll need to miss further action. Conley finished Monday's game with 14 points (6-11 FG, 2-6 3Pt), five assists, two steals and one rebound in 20 minutes.
