Spurs waive Nicolas Laprovittola

The San Antonio Spurs have waived guard Nicolas Laprovittola, the team announced Tuesday.
Laprovittola played in 18 games for San Antonio this season, averaging 3.3 points and 1.6 assists on 42.6 percent shooting.
The 26-year-old signed a one-year deal with San Antonio in September after impressing at the Olympics this summer. The 6-foot-4 guard averaged 8.2 points, 2.7 assists, and 2.2 rebounds in six games for Argentina.
The Spurs' roster now stands at 14 players, making it likely that a subsequent move will be made in the coming days.
